Buildings 1000 and 1100 are ready to go. We just received approval to begin leasing these brand new apartment units. There are 40 in all with both two and three bedroom units. All that is left on this project is building 1200 with 16-2 bedroom units. All of new units come fully equipped with washers and dryers in real laundry rooms, not a closet, ceiling fans and spacious closets. All the washers and dryers are brand new, and maintenance is Claysville Landing's issue. If something should fail, just call the leasing office and maintenance will take care of it.

Claysville Landing has really transformed in the past year, and has become just not a collection of apartments, but a real community. The owners have made an extra effort to make it a community that is not just a place to live, but a real social community, and that makes it an enjoyable place to live. They have added a wonderful playground for the children, and for those of you who are dog lovers, a real live dog park was added. It’s a place you can take your dog and let him/her off the leash to run free without concern. It is a double gated fenced in area that is maintained complete with benches and doggy waste bags.
